Performance Analysis by Organizational Culture and Motivation as Mediation, Influenced by Work Environment and Training

This research aims to confirm the effect of Work Environment and Training as exogenous variables by using Organizational Culture Motivation intervening on Performance. The quantitative method with three substructures is used. population consists 190 employees, 130 which are researched Morgan table 30 respondents assigned measure validity reliability. results this study reveal: work environment training affect Culture, Motivation, Performance; affects but not Performance variables; Affects Performance, does Indirect effects: through organizational culture do Motivation.
